We mostly work in the Prescott-Russell & Orleans areas. If you are not located in these regions and interested in our services send us a booking request with your location and we will get back to you.

 We understand that the weather is unpredictable , that's why we accept cancellations. Cancellations must be notified 4 hours prior to the booking for free of charge. If cancelled less then 4 hours prior to the booking a $20 fee will apply.

All of our lifeguards are certified ( Bronze Cross, Bronze Medallion and NLS, First Aid and CPR)

We allow a no fee cancellations if made  24h prior to the booking. A $20 fee will apply to any cancellations made after the 24h period with no exceptions. 

In the case that the instructor arrives to the booking location and you are not present the lesson will not be rescheduled. (The instructor will wait 15 minutes)
