Our Policies

Payment and Cancellation:

• Payment: Full payment is required to confirm the booking or lesson.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the event to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours prior, the lesson or booking will not be rescheduled, and the client will need to book a new one as it is non-refundable.

• Thunderstorms: In the event of a thunderstorm at the time of the booking, the lesson or event will be rescheduled to ensure the safety of all participants.
• Rain Policy: If it is raining but there is no thunderstorm, the lesson or event will proceed as planned.
